During lunch time with your new colleagues on your 1st day, getting to know you conversations would be the norm. Stick to where you’re from, which department are you from … what do you do in the company and safe questions as such. NEVER ask on your first day, how much bonus do you normally get?
5. TOO MUCH INFO ON INTIMACY
Well, on your first day at work it is alright to speak about yourself and general small talk. But do not try to engage your new colleagues as your new BFF and divulge too intimate information.
